Denese Tobin has considerable bank experience, as well as broad knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and financial services. She is a graduate of the Paul Barrett, Jr. School of Banking, and has several years of management experience in the financial services industries. Denese has a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis and a MBA from the University of Memphis. She most recently was Chief Operating Officer for a payment services provider, and served as Senior Loan Officer and Operations Officer for EFS Federal Savings Bank.
