William E. Lucado has extensive bank and investment management experience. He was President of EFS Federal Savings Bank and Chief Investment Officer of Concord EFS (the holding company). He managed the bank as a combination wholesale and retail bank. He has served as a consultant to numerous community banks and was in charge of starting two new banks. He has several years of senior management experience both as a senior executive of a large bank holding company with multiple bank and payment services subsidiaries and as a manager and consultant with finance, planning and compliance responsibilities.

John Spence has been investing in banks for the last twenty-four years. He advises three partnerships which cover all aspects of the bank stock market, and he manages a website that provides information on banks in the United States.
