Kenneth T. Charbonnet

Kenneth T. Charbonnet is President of Payment Services LLC which services various aspects of the merchant processing industry, offering merchant consulting, merchant processing and equipment sales. Mr. Charbonnet is the former Senior Vice-President for Operations and Sales Support (2001-2004) for Concord EFS/First Data; Senior Vice-President for Sales and Marketing (1997-2001) for Concord EFS; and Director of Merchant Relations for VISA USA (1994-1997).

William E. Lucado

William E. Lucado serves as the Chairman of the Board. He is an experienced banker and corporate manager.  He was President and CEO of the bank subsidiary of Concord EFS and Chief Investment officer of the Holding Company. When EFS National Bank, owned by Concord EFS, Inc., was chartered in 1992, Mr. Lucado Senior Vice-President/Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Bank and the parent company.  He was President of EFS Federal Savings Bank, another subsidiary of Concord EFS, from the time it was chartered in 1997 until 2002.   Mr. Lucado earned a BA in Economics with Honors from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1963 and an MBA from Michigan State University in 1964. Mr. Lucado served as an officer in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

Terri J. Mendelson

Terri J. Mendelson is Senior Vice President of Vining Sparks IBG, a regional broker/dealer and investment banking firm specializing in community banks. She has over twelve (12) years experience working with financial institutions. Ms. Mendelson's responsibilities include the measurement and management of interest rate risk, assistance in conforming to new regulations, analyzing investment portfolio performance, and providing products and strategies to improve performance. Prior to her tenure with Vining Sparks, Ms. Mendelson worked with Federal Express for seven (7) years.  She graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut (BA). Currently Ms. Mendelson is on the board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Memphis and serves on its investment committee.

Kenneth W. Plunk

Kenneth W. Plunk retired from Union Planters Corporation (now Regions Financial Corporation) on March 31, 2004. He joined Union Planters in 1987 as president of the Community Bank group. In March 1992 he was elected president and director of Union Planters Bank, N.A., Memphis, Tennessee, and was elected chairman of the bank's board of directors in October 1996. He was subsequently named regional executive over the Midwest Region which included oversight of the Union Planters banks in Missouri, Iowa, Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana. He was then named regional executive over the Union Planters banks in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. Mr. Plunk is a graduate of the University of Memphis, the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Tennessee Executive Development Program, the Stanford Executive Program, and is a certified public accountant.

John W. Spence, III

John Wilson Spence III is an investor and entrepreneur who has successfully created and built three partnerships and a website in financial services. His website is an innovative information website for bank investors. Spence Limited, L.P. provides specialized bank investment solutions to help people maintain or improve their portfolio diversification and returns in the overall bank and thrift sector. Mr. Spence formed Spence Limited in 1990 and serves as investment advisor for Financial Junk LLC, the general partner of Spence Limited.  From 1987-1989 Mr. Spence invested for his personal portfolio in small community banks and between 1983-1986 was a stock broker with Crisler Tipton Securities in Memphis, Tennessee and with J. C. Bradford Securities in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Spence was a member of the Tennessee General Assembly from 1974-1982, representing the mid-town area of Memphis as a State legislator. Mr. Spence earned his BA from Rhodes College in Memphis in 1974. Mr. Spence and his wife and children live in Nashville, Tennessee.

Donald B. Taylor

Donald B. Taylor is an independent investor and consultant with Base Consulting, LLC. Taylor was Executive Vice-President for Sales and Marketing of Healthways in Nashville, Tennessee. Healthways (NASDAQ:HWAY) Mr. Taylor was with Healthways from 2002- 2008 in various capacities, including operations and sales. During those years Healthways CAGR for revenue and profitability was over 35% growing from $73 million to over $600 million. From 1985-2001, Mr. Taylor was with Cendant Corp (NYSE CD) and headed up two substantial subsidiaries, FISI Madison Financial, Nashville, TN and Cendant International Membership Services (CIMS) (London, England). Mr. Taylor earned his BA from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. He served on the board of Best Doctors, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts (2007-2008), and has served on the boards of the McNeilly Center for Children (1997-2003; board chairman 1999-2003); The Taft School Board (1997-2001); the Harding Academy Board (2000-2006; executive committee 2000-2006); the United Way of Williamson County de Tocqueville Society (chairman 2000); and the board Cheekwood Museum and Botanical Gardens and executive committee (2004-date).
